All the information about orders, shipping, returns and exchange
Orders
​
If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order, or part order, or process your payment for any reason you will be notified as soon as possible.

Orders will be processed within 3 business days upon payment approval, excluding holidays.
Shipping
​
All domestic orders are shipped via DPD free of charge. EU orders are shipped via DPD with a flat 15eur rate. All international orders are shipped via LT post with a flat 15eur rate.
​
For shipping outside EU, please note that your order will be shipped exclusive of import duties and customs charges. In some countries you may also be requested to pay additional import duties and local sales taxes at the time your order is delivered to you.
Orders will be shipped according to customer’s specified address. We are not responsible for items delivered to incorrect shipping addresses.
Returns and exchange

In case you are unhappy with ordered Distyled product, you may return undamaged, unused items within 14 days, except beachwear. Beachwear can not be returned.

If you wish to change the product or return, please inform us to this email hello@distyled.lt . All return costs should be paid by customer.

The returned product will be dismissed if the product shows signs of usage or is returned without original packaging, tags and/or is damaged as a result of transportation.
​
We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our return policies.
​
Discounted items with a defect can not be returned.
​
Repairs
​
We offer repairs on defective bags for up to 1 year after purchase. Proof of purchase is required.
